    $500 security deposit. Add 11% Florida lodging tax to rent amount. $100 cleaning fee. Payment can be scheduled over a number of months. Cancellation Policy: If you change or cancel your reservation I will attempt to re-rent the condo for your time period. For any period that is re-rented I will refund your prorated rent money less any payments still due plus the charges associated with re-renting the unit. There is a $75 fee for cancellation.
