pool and beach toys, skim board and pull out couch linens.
- Linens and towels provided in separate smaller linen/towel closet in master bedroom.
- Second bedroom has two twin beds, walk-in closet, and a "retro" Nintendo 64 with a monitor.
- Second bathroom has a shower and a granite/maple sink area, ceramic tile floor.
- Lanai with NW rear exposure, partially shaded in the afternoon so you can enjoy the gulfview
anytime of the day. Gulf FRONT condo lanais are too hot to enjoy in the mid -late afternoon.
- Tenant may have up to four overnight guests occasionally for up to seven nights.
- Maximum occupancy is six people.
- Outside, an adult must accompany children under 12.
- No skate boarding nor ball playing on common grounds, or in the pool area.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Jan - Mar Refund minus a $150 cancellation fee will occur if reservation cancelled AND unit can
still be rented out to another tenant. If it cannot be rented out, then no refund
will occur.
Apr - Dec -- Refund minus a $150 cancellation fee will occur if reservation cancelled more than 60
days in advance, or if less than 60 days and the unit can still be rented out.
Otherwise, no refund will occur.
Special consideration will be made for a death in the family or natural disaster.
