Absolutely beautiful, newly decorated condo located on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a 4th floor condo with a private balcony looking out to the Gulf of Mexico and views of Sanibel Island. It has a new wrap-around kitchen with all new appliances and white tile floor. Kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, refrigerator, all dishes and pans, utensils, linens, etc., absolutely everything to feel right at home. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, cable TV with DVD/VCR including movies for all ages, books and games for all ages. The bedroom has a king size bed with dresser and nightstand. Very tasteful decor in all of the condo. The bathroom is very large and has a 36 inch door to accommodate a wheelchair with a pedestal sink for easy access. There are 2 closets in the bathroom for storage. Also included for your stay is iron and ironing board, hair dryer, all bath linens, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers to take to the beach.

The condo is located across the street from shopping, restaurants, public golf course and marina. There is a trolley you can ride the entire length of the island for 25 cents. There is parasailing, dolphin tours and jet skiing available right on the beach. Located on the island are also bicycle rentals, movie theater, casino boat, marinas for fishing and tours, 2 grocery stores and more. You will never run out of things to do on Fort Myers Beach. If you choose to leave the island you are only minutes away from Sanibel and Captiva Islands, an hour away from Naples and Naples Zoo, and go farther south to the Everglades and airboat rides.

The condo is perfect for that romantic get-a-way or perfect for a family vacation. We are located on the south end of the island, which is very quiet and safe. Fort Myers Beach has been on the Travel Channel as one of the top 10 safest beaches in the world!!! You will not be disappointed. The only thing missing is you, a bathing suit and food and drinks. The absolute perfect vacation spot is waiting just for you.

Located on the grounds are 4 tennis courts and shuffleboard. There are also BBQ grills and tables for grilling out and enjoying dinner outside. Across the street is shopping, restaurants, public golf course and marina. There is fishing of all kind, deep sea and back water and also boat tours and boat rentals. Jet skiing and parasailing is available at the beach. For the gamblers there is a casino boat that goes out every afternoon and evening. Naples zoo, everglade tours, miniature golfing, bicycle rentals, outlet malls, Edison & Ford Museum, and boat trips down to The Keys are just a few of the things available to do. You will never run out of things to do on Fort Myers Beach.

There is an 11% Florida tax that has to be added to the above price. All prices include cleaning fees!!! Pets under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during peak season but can fluctuate during low season. There is a refundable $200 security deposit due at the time of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Paypal, personal checks and cashier's checks. Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 10 a.m.
