Vacation Rental Description

Englewood Escape Villas is a small, six unit complex located in the Grove City area of Englewood. The vast Lemon Groves are gone, but the charm remains. We have a variety of villas to choose from. We have three two-bedroom villas, two one-bedroom villas, and one efficiency villa. All villas have full kitchens and come stocked with all linens, cookware, and dinnerware. We provide free WIFI. The decor of all the villas is a seashell theme. For our older guests, all of the villas are on the first floor and have an easy, one-step to get in. Also, most of our villas have larger showers with an easy 6" entry.

The Ann Dever (Oyster Creek) public park is nearby. It has a swimming pool, skate park and tennis courts. There is also a great nature park nearby called Cedar Point Park. For our boating friends, there is a public access boat ramp about a mile away. Englewood Escape villas is near to Placida, Boca Grande, Venice, Port Charlotte, and beautiful downtown Englewood.

Checks: Seasonal stays must be paid 45 days in advance. Off-season stays must be paid 7 days in advance. Online booking with a credit card is coming. Also, cash at check-in is also accepted. Seasonal Cancellations: greater than 45 days, full refund, less 15%. Less than 45 days, no refunds. Off-Season Cancellations: greater than 7 days, full refund, less 15%. Less than 7 days, no refunds.
