This house is in a nice community where also my wife and I live. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths as well as Living and Dining rooms. The large and open kitchen has everything you can think of. Washing machine and Dryer are there also. Of course you also will find TV and air-conditioning. The living area is about 1,600 sqf and the living room is directly connected with the lanai and heated pool. About 10 golf courses and the wonderful Englewood beach are within 15 minutes with the car.

This rental is in a very quiet area. All renters have the option to becoming a member of 4 nearby golf courses. If you choose this option you will pay $100 ($50 in summer time) per person/week (max. 2 persons) and you will receive a membership ID. In this case, you will not pay any “green fees” but will be responsible for renting a golf cart (between $10 - $17 depending on course and month), which is mandatory before 2:00 p.m. After 2:00 p.m. you may go on your own and you pay nothing more. Members also do not pay for balls on the driving range. You can play as often as you want or you can get openings.

But Florida is not only a paradise for golf fans but also for people who love sun, beaches and a quiet place to relax. So that you can enjoy your vacation to it’s fullest, we offer besides of the house above additional fully furnished rentals (between 1000 and 1400 q feet), specifically built with the vacationer in mind. All rentals have 2 bedrooms, 1-2 bath, living room, dining area, lanai (screened-in porch) and a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning, cable TV, Internet if required and Phone.

Especially Golfing and swimming at the wonderful beach in Englewood, Manasota or Boca Grande is very attractive. This area is still a hidden secret place right at the Gulf of Mexico. Quiet and still active in various aspect. You will love this place.

By signing the contract about 15% of the total rental have to be paid up front. Rest has to be paid at arrival either cash or traveler checks. Both in US Dollars.

Tenant must advise landlord of intent to cancel. If landlord receives the cancellation
notice at least 120 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 100 will be deducted from initial payment. If cancellation notice is given 90 days prior to the first day of rental period a fee of US$ 200 is charged. If cancellation is done any time within 60 days, no refunds to the tenant will be made.If the property is unavailable for reasons beyond the landlord’s control, tenant will receive a full refund of any amount paid and will hold landlord harmless for any damage, costs or inconvenience.
