This has a open house plan . Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
It has 18" Florida floor tile in the entire house. All the linens
are supplied for the King size bed in the master bedroom & for the
spare double beds. There is a pull out couch also with a extra
mattress thats in the walk -in closet in the master bedroom - also
with linens. There is a Florida room out the back with wicker
furiture - 2 rockers - 1 chair - love seat - & a coffee table . Out
side after leaving the Florida room is a screened in cage with a
porch 10'X16' & then there is the over sized pool with new diamond
bright finish to the surface. Bright white cool deck around the
pool. There are 2 T.V. one in the master bedroom & 1 in the living
room. The kitchen is complete with everything you need with a brand
new Ref & dishwasher. The washer & dryer are also brand new. I just
had a new air conditioner unit installed also. There is a 1 car
garage with an electric opener .

Englewood is a great place if you like to Fish. 5 minutes down the road is Englewood Bait shop - they have boat charters that go out every day - 6 hr trip = $40 . Or you can go out on a 6 man boat all day & go after the big Grouper !!

At booking to hold the time you want - there is a $200 deposit required. Then 30 days before your stay - the balance is do. I will send a contract to you as soon as I get the deposit . Then after final payment is made - I will send another contract marked paid in full.
Cancellation - 30 days before your stay.
A check is usually the way I work. Credit cards cost to much & that cost is always put on the renter. I also can do Bank transfers.
