Other near by beaches can be reached by car, ferry or taxi boat.  
The villa is located in a non-traffic street that leads to Palm Island ferry where jogging and walking is accessible. Not to mention that Englewood is perfectly suitable for golf lover.s  
 
The 2/2 waterfront home with its garage, car port, and beautiful lawn features its own terrace facing the water dock and fish cleaning table.  
This well kept home is completely tiled and fully furnished. It has a central A/C, and includes washer & dryer in the premises and a second freezer for the fishing aficionado. 
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and brand new mattress with an en suit bathroom with a shower. The bathtub is located in the guess bathroom. The guest bedroom has daybed with a trundle and a additional bed upon request both bedrooms feature walking closet

It is only a 15 minutes drive to the powder white sandy beaches of the billionaire’s island of Boca Grande. Antique shopping can be done in Englewood town (10 minutes) and serious shopping at Port Charlotte and Venice (20 minutes). It takes one minute to get to the closest supermarket, restaurants and pizza places.
