Vacation Rental Description
Enjoy the tranquil setting of this preferred North Englewood location. Natural vegetation surrounds the lush landscaping and mature pine trees on 2 acres. You cannot see the house from the road. This custom built home has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and numerous upgrades including a luxury kitchen with glass cook-top, convection oven, dishwasher, breakfast bar and an eat-in area overlooking the large screened pool. Three sets of pocket sliding glass doora open up the Florida room, kitchen and master bedroom to the pool area with a large heated pool with spa/hot-tub, all surrounded by tropical plants, and red terracotta tile patios with lots of extra space for sunning and entertaining.
The master suite has a King bed, walk-in closet, a vanity area and bathoom with walk-in shower, The Florida room and kitchen have soaring vaulted ceilings with high celestory windows, and you will find a double sided gas fireplace that divides the living room from the Florida room. The dining room will seat eight in comfort. The other bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with single beds, each have their own bathroom, one of which opens onto the pool area. All rooms have ceiling fans, and there are two on the patio.
The house is located in an area of upscale houses on large lots, but just a few miles from Venice to the North or central Englewood to the South. The long, quiet beaches on Manasota Key are five minutes away.
This is a very comfortable house,with everything you need for a great vacation with family or friends.
The house is spacious and all on one level with no stairs. Handicapped guests note that there are no grab bars in the bathroom and doors are standard width.

    • We include pool and hot tub heating. Pool toys and floats too. The pool is serviced each week. There is a ping-pong table and pool table with equipment on one of the pool patios. A second TV and DVD player also in the main bedroom, and one more small TV. The kichen is well equipped for making any meal, and we have an extra fridge in the laundry room for cool drinks. This is our vacation home too. You will find a first class treadmilll in the master bedroom, four adult bikes. Kite, Beach toys, chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

    • This is a wonderfull area for outdoor activities. Beaches that go for miles with no highrises are just a short drive away. The local waters are great for kayaking and fishing, and rental facilities are close by. Just tell us about your interests and we will provide information.
    Disney, Seaworld are 2 hours away, as is Busch Gardens in Tampa. Your can make a trip to Kennedy Space Center as full day trip.

B)If you are staying at the property, you will not be charged for the period that the hurricane warning is in effect. If there is damage to the immediate area, or to the property that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may cancel the balance of your stay and receive a refund of the unused nights.
