This lovely home is tastefully furnished for your comfort. It sits on Lemon Bay, just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges. The view from the living room and kitchen is breathtaking. The yard is huge (1/2 acre) and it has all kinds of tropical trees, including some citrus. The screened patio will give you a lovely place to sit and relax.
The kitchen is very large and modern, with a big refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. When you're in the mood to cook you will have everything you need to create a meal... or you can walk to a number of restaurants on the island.
The beach is just across the street. You can enjoy our wood deck, barbecues, and a private, pristine, beautiful beach. Fishing from shore is easy and very productive. If you enjoy water sports there are places on the island where you can rent equipment. Snorkeling is fun, or you can swim, or go for a stroll, or just do nothing but enjoy all that nature has to offer. You will see dolphins, manatees, turtles, and a great variety of birds. What you won't see is crowds. Our beach is clean and very safe.
This will feel like you're in your own home because of all the comfort, but take one look out the patio doors and you will think you're in heaven!

This house has it all, including washer and dryer for your convenience. You can watch the sun rise over the bay, then walk across the street to enjoy spectacular sunsets on our private beach. You can walk to convenience stores and great restaurants right on the island or take a short ride for more shopping and entertainment. Fish from the backyard or from shore at the beach. Either way you have a chance to catch something memorable.
The house is very private, quiet, and safe. It is located on a beautiful 1/2 acre lot with lots of trees (palms, flowering trees, and oranges). You can rent a boat or jet ski nearby so you can explore the bay or be in Gulf waters in minutes. Our private beach offers great shelling, clean sand, crystal clear water, and great fishing. You can even find prehistoric sharks teeth just lying on the sand. This is one vacation destination you will want to come to again and again!

Low Season Price : $900 High Season Price : $1100 per Week
We require a 25% deposit in the form of a check to secure your reservation. If you cancel more than 90 days before your stay, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel within 90 days, we may be able to transfer your deposit to a later stay. The balance will be due at check in with cash (we don't accept credit cards.)
