Our Sunburst Condomimium located on the first level has been newley reburbished with new beds and Kitchen and living room furniture.
We boast a high standard of amenities and comforts of your own home.The bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms.
The complex consists of 29 units neatly placed in a beautiful landscaped area. The private beach access is just a short walk from the front door where you can swim , walk and look for shells along the white sands. Take a cocktail or two to the sun deck and watch the sun set in our little paradise. If you prefer you can take a chair to the boat dock and quietly fish or watch the dolphins play in the beautiful Lemon Bay waters.For the diners a short walk down the beach or along the road will bring you to several restaurants and Tiki bars and local convience shops.If it is sport you enjoy jump in the car and drive to the spledid golf courses that are available for all standard of golfers. Still on the subject of sports jet skis boats and bikes can be rented near by. Serious fishermen can rent a deep sea fishing boat and captain for a day. Serious shoppers can enjoy spening their dollars by driving to the several malls close by.
For the young ones and older ones the theme parks are just a drive away. Venice hosts an excellant theatre showing up to date shows.
All in all our paradise is what you need for a splendid vacation.

Low Season Price : €750 High Season Price : €970 per Week
Rates are from $750 or £450 Rates are based on 7 night stays. Minium stay is 3nights A non refundable booking deposit is required at time of booking. A breakage deposit of $150 or £200 is required when outstanding balance is paid. This refundable deposit will be held for up to 28 days after your departure. Any breakages or damage cost reported by the management will be deducted from this amount and the balance returned to you. Final payment The non refundable balance due for the rental time must reach us no later than 8 weeks prior to your arrival. Bookings made less than 8 weeks before your arrival, the full amount is required at time of booking. Checks accepted.
