Vacation Rental Description
A Quiet Getaway! Surf Club is a 31 unit condominium, elevator, lovely atrium in the center, parking under building, heated pool in the winter, small exercise room with equipment. This unit has 2 assigned parking spaces. Full kitchen with coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, microwave, DeLonghi countertop grill (fabulous and easy to clean), silverware, etc. If I don't have it, ask, and if reasonable, I will provide. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV, full closet. Master bath has 2 wash sinks, shower stall and bathtub. Guest bedroom has twin beds, TV and full closet. 
Guest bathroom has 1 wash sink and bathtub with shower. The living room area has a queen size sofa bed, TV and DVD and 2 lazy boy recliners. The dining area table seats 6. There are 5 ceiling fans for circulating cooling or heating. Enjoy the view or dine on the 25 foot balcony. You may even see the porpoises jumping out of the water. I have. The sliding doors in the bedrooms and the living room have been replaced with hurricane doors. The public beach is about 2 blocks south, however, only children wish to go there for the play equipment. A quiet building as a rule. However, Holidays make bring some little merrymakers.     The condominium has a policy of a minimum of 2 week rentals. A modest deposit of $300.00 USA dollars, is required plus a security deposit of $200.00 refundable if there is no damage, and after telephone bill is received.. Cleaning is included, except if there is extensive cleaning required, such as laundry and other problems. Telephone is provided, however, long distance calls will be taken from the security deposit. Balance due upon arrival. USA cash, checks or travelers checks accepted. Cancellation with 90 days notice.
