Large 7 bedroom house located on Roosevelt Channel on Captiva Island. The property has a screened pool/lanai area, several open decks, large dock that can handle a boat up to 30' and a private tennis court. The pool is heated. The house has internet access and an elevator. The beach is a short walk (couple of hundred yards) from the entrance to the property. The house is approx. 1/2 mile south of the Tween Waters Inn and 2 miles south of Captiva Village. There are several restaurants, shops and public beaches within a few miles of the property.

The house is set up as such: Ground level has 4 bedrooms (2 with queen beds, 1 with two twin beds and 1 with one twin bed) that are serviced by a shared common bath. Main level has the living room, dining room, kitchen and is serviced by a half bath. Screened and heated pool and lanai and open deck overlooking the bay. This level also has two bedrooms. One with a king bed and the other with two full sized beds. Each bedroom on this level have private baths. The upper level is the master suite. It has a king bed and private deck. The master bath has dual vanities, stand up shower and separate jetted tub.

The house is a great spot for a large family or several small families to gather. You can see dolphins from the dock and a great many types of birds. Captiva and Sanibel have many family friendly activities available. It is a great location to vacation!

The house has an elevator that runs between the three levels of the house. There is a dock that can easily handle a 30' boat. The property has a private heated pool that is screened and a private tennis court. Gas grill is available to renters.
