Vacation Rental Description
Our Ventura Captiva home overlooks the bay and is a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico/beach. There is a private dock, pool and outdoor grill. The main level features a spacious living/dining room area with cable TV, VCR, Stereo and a complete modern kitchen with all appliances and utensils. There's also a washer/dryer and all linens are included. The master bedroom (queen bed)/full bath is on the main floor and opens to a private screened porch as does the living room. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own full bath. The upper level features a loft for reading or playing games with a full size futon as well as another bedroom with 2 twin beds and it's own full bath.  
Captiva island is filled with tropical plants and spectacular wildlife. Fine restaurants and retail establishments are all within walking distance. Come relax, charter a boat, fish off our boat dock, or lounge at the pool or beach. Bike/Moped/Jet-ski rentals, para-sailing, sightseeing cruises to out-islands or dolphin watching. Golf and tennis are also nearby.
