Each bedroom has sliding doors out to the screened in lanai. There you will only see trees, not looking into another condo complex, as our unit is the last unit in the building towards a green belt.  
 
Enjoy your morning coffee outside on the lanai...nothing like the warmth of the Florida sun in the winter months. 
 
The condo is set up with everything you will need for a relaxing vacation. We have a full size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, towels, bedding and wonderful comfortable newer beds. 
 
All is lacking is that you have not arrived yet!!!!!!! You won't walk into this condo and say...oh my gosh...we have to stay here....you will be saying with a smile on your face, ah, we get to stay in a wonderful very clean condo for our much deserved vacation. 
 

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of Englewood and Boca Grande. You can spend all day looking for sharks teeth and sea shells. Close to several golf courses and wonderful restaurants. A very small complex thus you will not have to deal with all the noise of a complex with hundreds of guests. If you like peace and quiet, a nice warm swimming pool, very clean and nicely decorated condo, then you will not be disappointed with our condo. Our previous guests have told us it was not like a rental property at all. High speed wifi with free long distance to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada.
