This beautiful contemporary waterfront home has just been completed and beautifully furnished. It is located on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico. As soon as you open the front door, you will think you are in paradise as you look through glass sliding doors to the fabulous swimming pool and water fall where you can also enjoy an outdoor kitchen with a Jenair electric grill. The home boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and all brand new appliances. Relax in the formal living room or family room. The master bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the pool and lanai area with a king size bed and television in the room. The master bath has double sinks, whirlpool tub and large walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, both with queen size beds, and each with their own spacious bathrooms. There is also plenty of storage space in the two car garage. You can bring your boat or fish right from the dock on the canal. Also make sure you enjoy the heated pool overlooking the canal. This house is located approximately 20-25 minutes from Fort Myers Beach and 25 minutes to Southwest Regional Airport. You can also visit Sanibel Island and Captiva Island in about 20 minutes.
