November 2- April 30:(High season): Rates are $1300-1700.00 (depending on the popularity of the week) Holidays: Christmas & New Year's & President's Day: Rates are $1600 per week Special discounts: Special monthly rates if stay is 4 or more weeks! Security deposit required. Last minute specials possible. Rates based on 6 occupants. Additional guests welcome @ $8 per day up to a total of 12 guests.
