The modern cathedral ceiling house has 3 bedrooms + Office/Guestroom. 1 - Master bedroom with King size bed,l cable TV, walk-in shower, 1 walk-in closet, direct access to pool, 2-bedroom with Queen size bed, 3-bedroom with 2 Twin beds, 4- "Office" with "sleeper" for your eventual 2 guests. Full bathroom has direct access to pool. Dining room is connected with one living room, second living/family room is with Cable TV. Central located kitchen is fully equipped. The house is in Florida-Style furnished and equipped with double linens, towels, dishes, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The pool is solar and electric heated for the cold months and equipped with pool-blanket (to keep water warm). The pool area is screened in and has large sitting area under roof. The house is located very central but also in a very quiet area. Only minutes away to shopping and restaurants. The dream beaches of Sanibal and Captiva Island are only 15-20 minutes away by car. To Fort Myers beach drive only 15 minutes.
The grill is there for your use. For a rented motor boat, you have a dock to moor the boat. The salt water canal is leading you to Caloosahatche river and the Gulf. All prices are excluding Tax (6% sales- + 5% tourist-tax). Payment: 25% on booking date. The rest at least 30 days before arrival. Security deposit $ 500.00 - Credit Card or Travellers Cheque have to be paid to the Management after arrival. Endcleaning $ 150.00. Electricity up to $ 25.00 per week is included. Stayed in this great home over the Christmas holiday. Very clean,great outdoor area ,pool is amazing. The owners of the home really thought of every detail to make you feel at home. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Comfortable 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, pool home with a large master bath and walk-in shower. Newly furnished living room and dining room and also a family room with cable TV. Bright open kitchen. Relax next to the pool in a screened in lani while looking at a canal. You can rent a boat and enjoy seeing dolfins while riding to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Short ride from the house is beautiful FT Myers Beach. House has internet access. 30 minutes fron Southwest Florida International Airport. House located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We do not allow pets or smoking in the home.
