This beautiful 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home is located on a fresh water canal in a great neighborhood in Cape Coral, close to the beach, golf, shopping and only 25 minutes from SW Florida Regional Airport. The beautiful pool with spa and waterfall is located under a large caged lanai with plenty of patio furniture for lounging or entertaining. The 2 year old home has lovely landscaping and an attached 2 car garage, laundry room with extra refrigerator, high speed wireless internet and state of the art Dell computer.

The floor plan is very open and spacious, with a definite Florida decor touched off by Mexican pottery. The great room has a 52-inch HDTV with cable and DVD player with 20+ DVDs available.

The large king master suite provides privacy from the rest of the home, and is equipped with a TV/cable/DVD player and cordless phone. The master suite bath has a large soaking tub, dual sinks, walk-in closet and roomy shower.

Bedrooms two and three have queen sized beds and are connected with a hallway to the 2nd bath. They are bright and roomy with large closets and dressers available, and each are equipped with a cable TV/DVD combo. Bedroom four has a twin sized day bed with a twin sized trundle underneath.

The utility room has an extra large washer and dryer, along with an additional full-sized refrigerator to keep extra food/drinks! A two-car garage with garage door opener is available, and you can enjoy using the tandem bike while on vacation.

Cape Coral has plenty of golf courses, shops and restaurants, as well as a beach and Yacht Club, and Sunsplash Family Water Park. It is close to Ft Myers, Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Naples and beyond. There is mega shopping available at places such as Coconut Point, Tanger and Miromar!
