This house, built in 2006 enjoys approximately 3100 sq ft of spacious, beautifully furnished, air conditioned living space. Master bedroom has a king size bed + LCD TV, adjoining en-suite master bathroom with over sized Jacuzzi tub and walk through double shower. Second bedroom with Queen bed + LCD TV and en-suite bathroom. Third & fourth bedrooms are both twins, also with TVs and a bathroom between. Great Room with 52' cable TV + DVD + CD. Den with wireless broadband, dining area, fully equipped kitchen + breakfast nook. Spacious pool area with a summer kitchen. Heated swimming pool and Spa. The villa also benefits from a large boat dock which extends 30 feet out over the water, complete with tiki hut. A great spot for entertaining or just to relax and watch the fantastic Floridian sunsets. We also have a 26ft SeaRay boat available for rent if required.

Our home is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy the perfect vacation. In addition to the above facilities we have a summer kitchen with gas BBQ, quality lanai furniture, pool toys, fishing rods, 2 bicycles, high speed wireless internet, high chair, baby cot, stroller and much more.

We have a boat moored at our private dock which is available for our guests to rent if required.  
26ft SeaRay Select Ex, BowRider which seats 8 comfortably. 
Radio/CD, Garmin GPS with g2 vision, Depthfinder, 
Fridge, Head, Bimini top, Automatic anchor. 
Rental costs are £120 pd + 6% tax (min 3 days). Discounts are available for rentals of one week or more. 
There is an orientation by a fully qualified Captain which costs US$150 and is payable locally. This is a requirement by our insurer, regardless of previous experience and is an extremely worthwhile experience as it not only helps renters to handle the boat competently but our Captain is also highly knowledgeable on all the best places to visit by boat in the local area. All local charts, safety equipment and insurance are included. A security deposit of US$1500 is required and is fully refundable on the safe return of the boat, The deposit is held locally by our boat mgmt co.

*Rental rates are quoted for up to four people, extra persons are charged at £50 per person per week. Children up to six years old stay free. *There is a US$150 final cleaning charge payable locally to our management company. *An electricity usage allowance of US$25 is included within the weekly price, any further electricity used will be charged at the end of your stay and is payable locally to our management company. *A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking with the final balance due eight weeks prior to arrival *Security Deposit: As part of the check in procedure, shortly after your arrival at BlueWaters, you will be required to leave a security deposit of US$500 by way of a major credit card that will be authorised by our property managers. The security deposit is fully refundable following an inspection at the end of your stay. * Our terms and conditions are included on the rental agreement.
