- all fees plus 11% local tax.
- Water, weekly pool- and gardenservice, high speed Internet and nationwide phone calls are included.
•A deposit of 500 USD is due upon reservation. The deposit will be refunded after final inspection.
A down payment of 30% has to be paid within 7 days.
