This brand new villa is located in the Cape Coral Yacht club area. The veranda has western exposure - enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Villa Bellagio has 4 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twins) and 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The gourmet kitchen is very well equipped and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Next to the kitchen you have a breakfast nook. The living room has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo. For your convenience you have wireless high speed internet in the house. The pool can be electric heated. In a separate courtyard which has 100 % privacy you have the spa with a waterfall. The spa is also electric heated. The courtyard has pool lounges so you can enjoy listening to the waterfall or just lay in the sun. 
The veranda is equipped with plenty of pool furniture and has different sitting areas (on the lanai and next to the summer kitchen). A BBQ grill is also provided. 
Location is close to restaurants and shopping facilities.  
You can rent this home with a 2008 model Searay 24 ft bowrider - rent herefore is $ 1.200/week plus boat orientation, cleaning and tax.
