Villa Flamingo
This beautifully landscaped and luxuriously furnished, 2100-square-foot villa is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a wide canal in southern exposition. You have gorgeous water views from nearly all rooms.
The villa is located in a friendly neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, Cape Harbour with entertainment and the Cape Coral Yacht Club with the beach.
Cape Coral, a permantely growing community, also known as the Venice of America has plenty to offer. Along with terrific shopping there are many holiday destinations which can be reached by car (Everglades, Disney...) or by boat (the beaches of the offshore islands of Sanibel, Captiva, Pine Island, and many local restaurants).

Sliding glass doors from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom lead to a spacious, screened lanai with an electric heated pool with waterfall and a separate whirlpool. In the living room you find our 50's corner with jukebox (100 CDs) and the famous 1959 Cadillac Sofa with a lot of decoration stuff. The house has a big TV screen in the living room and two additional TVs in two bedrooms, several radios, phones, and fax machine. Guests can rent our boat (additional) which is just on the dock next to the house for fishing or cruising the beautiful Gulf Coast waters or you can just fish from your own private dock. It is only a short drive to some of the world's most beautiful beaches and some of the finest dining in Southwest Florida, so please visit our little corner of paradise!

The 2009 summer special rate is for 4 persons + sales and tourist tax (11%), final cleaning, electricity and long distance calls. Security deposit $ 500. For 5th and 6th person +$ 100/week + tax.

Regular rates are for 2 persons, each additional person +110$/week, $ 25 allowance of electricity,
Extra costs: tax, final cleaning, electricity over $ 25 /week, long distance calls.
Security deposit $ 500

Boat it optional upon request.

We accept payment by wire transfer or by check in advance, last minute bookings please bank confirmed checks.
Payment of 20% with the contract, final payment 6-8 weeks prior to arrival, security deposit 3 weeks prior to arrival.
