Vacation Rental Description
Villa in the Yacht Club area, enjoy the sunset by your oversized, screened solar heated pool, with lanai, or sip a cocktail, while fishing from your own private dock. Boats can be rented locally and delivered to your dock. Villa is open plan style, King size master bedroom with,Tv, ensuite and walk-in closet. One Queen size Bedroom, and Twin Bedroom with Tv, Family Bathroom. Large Lounge with Tv/dvd, Music Centre, Playstation, and internet access. Kitchen is fully equiped right down to an ice maker.
There are fishing rods, beach umberella, cool box, etc for guests use. Relax in our beautiful lanscaped garden, or down by the dock which has patio table and seating.
2 BBQ's to choose from to cook your catch of the day. Cape Coral's white sandy beach is just over a mile away, with picnic and play areas, the wonderful beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, one of the worlds best places for sea shells, are only 20 minutes by car.
Facilities
All linen is provided, including beach towels. Kitchen is fully equiped including coffee maker, juicer,toaster, large fridge freezer, with ice maker. Large BBQ in the lanai, which also has patio furniture to seat 6, and sunloungers by the pool.
Activities
There are several golf courses nearby, about 5 and 12 minutes by car. A great variety of restaurants within easy reach, you can even moor your boat outside some of them. Kids can enjoy the Water Park. Plenty of shopping in Cape Coral, or a 15 minute drive will take you to the Tanger Designer Outlet in Fort Myers. Boat rental companies will deliver a boat to your dock and give instruction on how to use it.

Our rates do not include State and Tourist taxes, these are mandatory in Florida.Our rates include the Pool Service, Gardener,and utilities. Bookings are held upon reciept of signed rental agreement and a 30% deposit, the balance due 8 weeks before rental period begins. A cancellation charge of 30% is payable when there is a cancellation, less than 8 weeks before rental begins. A security deposit of $300, or 300euros is payable with the final payment, this is refunded minus any damage caused, or excess electricity usage. Elecrical usage allowance is $35. per week (surcharge will be at the rate of $0.13 per KWH) Final cleaning will be added to the bill at the rate of $135. If you wish maid service during your stay it can be arranged, at the cost of $135. Payment in GBP / Euro. available on request. Payment may be made by Check, Bank Transfer, or we accept Paypal, but where this incurs fees these will be passed on to the guest.
