Children under 14 free. $950 weekly from January 1 2009 thru April 30, 2009; $900 weekly from May 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2009; $975 weekly from October 1, 2009 thru November 30, 2009; $1050 weekly from December 1, 2009 thru December 31, 2009. 20% deposit to confirm reservation. Balance one month prior to vacation. $250 security deposit against damage, long distance telephone calls etc. $130 final cleaning charge payable to caretakers on departure.
