across the heated private swimming pool and waterfront and an
informal six-seater dining area on the large southwest facing patio
adjacent to the heated pool with a gas barbecue and poolside bar to
relax with a cocktail and catch the awesome Florida sunsets as you
relax and ponder tomorrow's holiday itinerary! Or why not try your
hand at fishing from the dock (poles supplied).

Villa Sunshine is an exclusive, centrally air-conditioned villa in a
quiet and sophisticated American neighborhood with panoramic views
over the crossing of four wide waterways. Ideal for children with
SunSplash Water Park just minutes away.

From our location in Cape Coral you can reach Naples in one hour, Tampa and Miami in two hours....
and Disney and the theme parks in Orlando in two-and-a-half hours.

But some of the molst stunning white sand beaches in Florida are available
to you in just 30 minutes drive on the barrier islands of Sanibel and Captiva.

Cape Coral is the absolute paradise for fishermen, golfers, and sun
and fun seekers. Snow white beaches and shelling are very nearby.
Cape Coral is known as the 'Venice' of Florida with 640 km of
canals.

It feels like the well worn tourist paths have not yet reached this
area, but in neighboring Fort Myers there is restaurants and
shopping galore and good airport and interstate transport links.

The owners use the property frequently so

The property has a Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in
closet; Queen-size bed and, of course, sliding door access to the
pool area and panoramic views over a waterfront vista.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer with ice and water
dispenser; a full size range; coffee maker, blender, toaster, bagel
toaster, saucepans, skillets and cutlery and china. No need to bring
anything -- just yourselves!

Rates are based on up to four persons renting the property. Each additional adult $50 weekly. Children under 14 free. $975 weekly from January 1 2009 thru April 30, 2009; $850 weekly from May 1, 2009 thru September 30, 2009; $975 weekly from October 1, 2009 thru November 30, 2009; $1050 weekly from December 1, 2009 thru December 31, 2009. 20% deposit to confirm reservation. Balance one month prior to vacation. $250 security deposit against damage, long distance telephone calls etc. $130 final cleaning charge payable to caretakers on departure.
