As a haven and hub for your vacation, Villa Florence is located in the quiet residential area of Cape Coral. 
Gardenview Villa Florence is close to Fort Myers and the Gulf coast with its white sandy beaches – from nearby Cape Coral Beach (less than 2 min away) to the breathtaking sceneries of Sanibel and Captiva Islands, or bustling Fort Myers Beach. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and shopping opportunities are within a short drive.
