Straight shot to the river, less than 5 minutes by boat. The heated pool (solar & electric) with cover is enclosed & has total privacy, with fruit trees right outside, no neighbors on the other side of the canal. Near RSW Ft. Myers airport, 15 minutes away. Sleeps 8-10 & has split floor design, the master is separated from the other bedrooms for added privacy. Boat ramp is right down the street.

This awesome newer home has over 2200 sq. ft under air & 3800 total sq. ft. The kitchen is huge with a lot of cabinet space. There are TV's in the Great room, Living room, Master & 2nd bedroom . There are 3 stereos with CD players. Pool is heated, both by solar & electric. This home is located off Everest PKWY in SE Cape Coral, FL. with easy access to Del Prado & Ft. Myers.

When you rent, make sure there is no lock you have to wait in line for, sometimes an hour on weekends. Sailboat access is always your best bet, you could rent a gulf access, but might take you an hour just to get to the river.
Also make sure the home isn't in foreclosure, there are a lot of them down there, taking peoples money & then when your ready to leave, there's no where for you to stay.
