This home is a three bedroom 2 bath with a large two car garage. This spacious villa is furnished with luxury and comfort in mind. granite throughout, wood plantation shutters throughout, large diagonal tile throughout. This comfortable home is actually a three bedroom home but we have setup the third bedroom as an office/den.
The modern, eat in kitchen has new appliances, granite island, fully stocked cabinets with everything for entertaining and daily cooking. The kitchen, in addition to ample cabinets, has several pantries as well as a "hide away" computer desk area.
The Lanai,with access from both the livingroom and the master bedroom, is nicely furnished for relaxing and enjoying the lake and glorious sunset views. There are two additional patios for grilling and sunning.
The livingroom is furnished with leather furniture and custom appointments including slate coffee and end tables.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and plenty of linens etc. The master has an extra large walk-in closet. The master bath has a sunken tub as well as a walk-in shower, double sinks, and privacy area.
The second bedroom is furnishd with a full size bed and bedroom suite, and a large closet.
The second bath is a tub/shower with a single vanity and linen closet.
The den/office is furnished comfortably with a leather pull-out sofa for extra guests.
The Diningroom seats six and is illuminated by a prism chandelier.
There is a lighted, mirrored, built in, granite bar just off the dining room.
The large two car garage also houses the washer/dryer area.
The home has a built in intercom/music center as well as four televisions with cable.
