Our private pool includes a 6" deep "sundeck" which is perfect for adults who wish to sun themselves or for children playing. The hot tub offers ease of entry and exit, with controls conveniently located next to the hot tub. 
 
No need to worry about pesky bugs, as the pool is completely enclosed by screening that provides privacy and UV protection of about 15. An additional, sunning patio located in the back yard provides a comfortable area to relax in the direct sunlight - for those serious sun worshippers! 
 
Separate out door shower available to rinse off after a day in the sun or at the beach. 
 
The kitchen has rich, dark granite counter tops, with premium cherry cabinetry and comes complete with all dishes, cookware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove and refrigerator. 
 
Both bathrooms have porcelain tile on the floors and ceramic on the walls and in the spacious showers. Washer & dryer included. 
 
With the open floor plan and NO steps, this home is easy to get around in. 
 
Located just under a mile from one of the more popular beaches and is walking distance to dining, shopping, and miniature golf. Plenty of public access golf courses, too! Only 25 minutes from Ft Meyers airport. Situated in a quiet neighborhood a short walk or bike ride away from the beautiful white, sandy beaches of SW Florida. No pets, please. Non smoking. We require a $250 nonrefundable reservation deposit to secure your dates and take our home off the market for that time frame. However, that deposit is applied to the balance due - it is no an additional fee. The balance is due 10 days prior to your arrival. Our prices are all inclusive - we do not add any additional fees for taxes, electricity, poll use, cleaning or anything else. The fees you see, are what you pay! We can accept payment through direct deposit or PayPal. Our bank charges us $45 per direct deposit transaction, and PayPal charges us 5% per transaction, those payment fees are passed along to you, and you would need to include those fees with your payment.
