$500.00 deposit to secure reservation. 1/2 of the balance is due 120 days before arrival. Balance is due 60 days before arrival. $250.00 of the first deposit is a security deposit and will be held until after departure and property checks out for no damage or loss to the unit.
Rentals rates do not include 10% state and hotel tax.
If you cancel during prior the 120 days before first balance is due you will receive your deposit back less $100.00 booking fee. If you cancel after the balances are due you will only be refunded if your time is booked by another guest. Every effort will be made to rent the unit and give you a refund less booking fee.
Month to Month rental only for 6-7 months only starting May with utilities included

Available on a 6 month basis only starting May 1st. with utilities included. First and $950.00 Security required at move in.
