Our condo is located at Bonita Beach which is between Ft. Myers and Naples. It is 30 minutes from RSW airport.

Our condo has been completely remodeled with new appliances and granite countertop and comes furnished with everything needed for your vacation including the use of our bicyle, canoe and beach chairs. The bay and the Imperial River extend down adjacent to our property and are excellent for backwater canoeing as well as many good bike trails. The unit is located across from 7 miles of pristine beach and there are 2 swimmiing pools on the property. You can sit on our lanai and watch beautiful sunsets over the gulf, or walk on the 7 miles of pristine beach located across the road. There are 10 Har-Tru tennis courts on the property, a restaurant, massage parlor and beauty salon. There are several more restaurants within walking distance, and many areas for shopping.

There are many shopping complexes located nearby, as well as public golf courses. You can go parasailing or rent a hobie cat or jet ski at Doc's Beach House which is right across the street. Doc's is also a very popular place for casual dining and sitting and watching beautiful sunsets.

A reservation deposit of $300 is needed to hold space. The total rental fee plus a $70 cleaning fee and 11% state/county tax is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Your deposit will be returned to you upon inspection of property and clearing of phone charges.
