The Cottages of Suwannee Preserve is located 40 miles west of Gainesville, Fl. Located on the historic Suwannee River, 51 miles up river from the Gulf of Mexico. The property offers a true old Florida getaway, with many sparking springs a short boat ride up or down the river. Pontoon rental is availalbe on the property. All the river has to offer is there in front of you, boating, fishing, nature trail, and assorted wildlife.

Ample parking for boat trailers, on site boat ramp, and floating docks for tie up. Professional property management is on site to offer a selection of services from horse back riding, fishing or boating trips on the river, or information about surrounding parks and springs.

Get ready to enjoy the charm of the Cottages with the sparkling Suwannee River at your door step or a short golf cart ride away. Each cottages has its own 4 person golf cart. Property includes 2 floating docks, a concrete boat ramp, and many other amenities.

Low Season Price : $150 High Season Price : $250 per Day
Cottages can be rented as as a one, two or three bedroom. Two cottages are river front and three are river access. Prices are from $150. to $250. depending on number of bedrooms needed and if river front or river access. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 50% deposit reuired at the time of reservation. Two night minimun, and three night minium required for holidays. Pets are welcome, call for restrictions. 20ft Sunchaser Pontoon boat available for rental,along with canoes and kayak.
