We are located in the Panhandle of Florida about 25 minutes east of Panama City Florida. We have rentals in Cape San Blas, Indian Pass Beach, St Joe Beach, Beacon Hill and Mexico Beach. If you are looking for nice quiet beaches with lots of fun and fishing, then this is the place for you.
Indian Pass offers, horseback riding on the beach, driving on the beach with a permit, bonfires and pets are allowed. This is the place for great family fun. Cape San Blas has St. Joseph State Park with beautiful duned beaches, camping and a boat ramp into St Joe Bay that offers great fishing, snorkeling, scalloping, swimmimg and boating. Mexico Beach, St Joe Beach and Beacon Hill, have the beautiful white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico which offers fun on the beach as well as some of the best deep sea fishing in the Gulf.

Beautiful Townhouse on a beautiful beach at a beautiful price. Enjoy all the comforts of home with views you'll keep coming back to see again and again. The large open great room is the perfect spot for friends and family to gather after a day of sunning, fishing, snorkeling, shelling or other activities on the beach. There's a large open deck on the first floor to enjoy the sun and grilling out. There's a covered deck off the master bedroom on the second floor for enjoying sunsets and the moonlight off the water at night. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub. When you call home and everyone hears the smile and relaxation in your voice and asks where your at that could make you sound that way, just tell them "At Seashores 3". Queen bed in master and 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom has 2 twins and there is a sleeper sofa in Living Room
