Beautiful 3-story beach house located directly across the street  
from an uncrowded, unspoiled white sand beach. House has great gulf  
views and is perfect for large families! The entire home (sleeps 12)  
can be rented or we will rent the main house (consists of the 2nd &  
3rd floors and sleeps 4) or the private apartment (1st floor/ground  
level and sleeps 8) separately. The main house consists of two  
floors with the entire top floor being a large master suite that has  
a king bed, sitting area, wetbar w/refrigerator, private gulf view  
balcony & a huge bathroom/dressing area. The main floor has one  
bedroom with gulf views & a king bed, full bath, kitchen, laundry  
room, great room w/fplc, dining room & large wrap-around deck. The  
separate apartment is ground level and is only accessible from the  
outside. The apartment has a full kitchen, laundry, family room,  
dining area, full bath & 2 bedrooms (one w/queen bed, one w/2 twin  
beds & bunk beds)and a sleeper sofa. This home is great for large  
families or families/friends vacationing together. When we use the house we have  
the adults stay on the 2nd & 3rd floors & the older kids have their  
own apartment! 
 
The house is located 1 mile (a very short bike ride) from Florida's  
newest & longest boardwalk (7 miles). The boardwalk is directly on  
the gulf and there is no development - just 7 miles of secluded  
beaches. There are no high rise condominiums and the area has a  
very "laid back" feeling. The area has some great restaurants and  
unique shops/boutiques. The beaches are deserted with bright white  
sand and calm surf -it is protected by Cape San Blas. Appalachicola,  
Cape San Blas, St. George Island, Mexico Beach, and downtown Port  
St. Joe are all nearby if you feel the need to explore

Our new 6 person spa is professionally cleaned twice a week. The 2 person kayak is a lot of fun - we have vests & paddles. We provide a nice beach cart to use to carry your supplies to the beach. We have several beach umbrellas, chairs, beach toys, etc. You can leave the chairs on the beach until you leave - no one will bother them.

Weekly Rates: High Season (May,June,July,August) Entire House: $1,950.00 Main House: $1,250.00 Apartment: $ 800.00 Mid Season (March,April,September, Entire House: $1,600.00 October, November) Main House: $990.00 Apartment: $ 650.00 Low Season (December, January, Entire House: $1100.00 February) Main House: $690.00 Apartment: $ 490.00 $150.00 cleaning fee for the whole house or $75.00 for half the house. $200.00 refundable deposit to hold a reservation. We take CC or Paypal. $100.00 deposit for a dog.
