Welcome to the "Boathouse"! This luxury five bedroom home and carriage house ("Crow's Nest") is ideally located in phase I of the Watercolor resort - 2 BLOCK'S FROM THE OCEAN, WATERCOLOR BEACH CLUB, TOWN CENTER SHOPPING, EATERIES, and the BAIT HOUSE MARINA. Additionally, all the best that historic Seaside Village has to offer is found literally in your backyard as you cross over the sea pine covered bike path out the back door. 
 
Your accommodations include access to the exclusive ocean front Watercolor Beach Club with a large pool and beachside restaurant...one of the four resort pools from which to choose during your stay.  
 
Our PERSONAL CONCEIRGE will greet you upon check -in to answer questions and assist with arrangements for special interests.  
 
Nostalgic sea vessels inspired the seafarer décor of this spacious home. Features include 10' ceilings throughout, wide pine stained floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, travertine marble floored bathrooms, walk -in closets and abundant outdoor rooms. A twin bedroom (plus trundle)on the main floor doubles as a sunny second gathering room. The open family room, dining area and kitchen that spans the entire length of the first floor offer ample seating for family and friends to share meals together. Enjoy outdoor dinning as three sets of double doors lead directly from the kitchen to an expansive screened porch or also enjoy picnicking on the large deck between the main and guest house. 
 
Upstairs, TWO KING SUITES easily access a second floor large screened porch - fully equipped for an ongoing  
"PING- PONG" challenge. All upstairs bedrooms have a private bath -the downstairs bedroom has dual access to a full bathroom. Kids will delightfully drift off to sleep in the custom built  
"ROW BOAT" bunks.  
 
Ample off street parking is available both in front and behind the house and includes one covered space. 
 
Detached stairs behind the main house lead to the large sunning deck of the "Crows Nest". This ONE BEDROOM CARRIAGE HOUSE offers a FULL BATH, FULL KITCHEN (DISHWASHER, COOKTOP, CONVECTION OVEN, and full FRIG.) - DEN AND PRIVATE BEDROOM... all of the same luxury details as the main house. It is the perfect answer for a teen suite, or able bodied grandparents. Twin beds can be dressed as a king with advanced notice.  
 
The Watercolor resort boosts miles of walking and biking trails that meander across bridges and through the naturally preserved sea pines. Should you tire from the beach, drop a line from the fishing dock and take in the serenity of beautiful Western Lake within an easy stroll through meticulously groomed botanical gardens.

    A 50% deposit is required to reserve this unit. Balance is due 30 days in advance of check-in. We accept check or credit card. There is a $500 damage deposit which is due at time of check-in. All weeks containing a legal holiday are subject to higher rate. One week minimum during summer - no execptions. Three night minimum during Fall, spring and winter. Fouor night minimum on any holiday week (expect Fourth of July - that is one week minimum). All rates are exclusive of $275 departure cleaning fee and 11.5% tax.
