We are truly in the HEART OF SEASIDE, once you arrive, you will not have to drive your car anywhere,
unless you want to leave our lovely fairytale European style community.

This is a GREAT PLACE FOR CHILDREN............ SORRY, no pets....
The"TRUMAN SHOW" staring Jim Carey, took place and was filmed in Seaside.

You will find this to be the quaint and picture perfect community. When you walk down our stairs, you can stop by Heavenly's Ice Cream STore, or Great Southern Cafe on your way to Modika's Market to pick up your grocery supplies. In the evening, you can walk down our stairs and head to Rendevous for sushi, a glass of wine and
crepes or step across the street and visit Bud & Alleys for a gourmet meal, or a view of the sunset across the Gulf of Mexico.
After a day at the beach, which is just steps from our stairs, you can walk along the adorable pedestrian friendly community and shop
in the art galleries, or toy store, or jewelry stores that line our streets in this EUROPEAN STYLE community.

Our Loft Style apartments are TRULY in the HEART OF SEASIDE.
called Seaside.

WE have also created a cozy and private spot for you to relax in the sun, dine, enjoy the sunset or view the
stars at night from this rooftop spot which gives you a birds eye view of the community and of course the GULF OF MEXICO.

......a bit of New York or European style living at the beach because you step outside of your loft style apartment and you have immediate access to EVERYTHING in SEASIDE.

The front of the apartment (the PIcasso Moon) has a spacious deck
which gives you the feel of THE NEW ORLEANS FRENCH QUARTER and a
great spot to people watch or just take in the sounds and sights of
this artistic community.

This "artist" condo-apartment is located above the popular Quincy
Toy and Art Shop in the heart of the artist colony called Ruskin


Our second APARTMENT (which COUPLES LOVE), called
PICASSO SUN, is a one bedroom with queen bed, full bath and a
living/dining ...sofa sleeper...area with an efficiency kitchen, AND
THIS is rented separately for an additional rate

THere are three swimming pools, tennis courts and fitness center along with the gulf of mexico right across the street.
