    • The living area offers a full glass view of the beach with a private balcony. The living area has a sofa that converts into a queen-size bed, a half bath, and TV with VCR\DVD. The master suite features a queen-size bed with a private bath, TV, telephone, and private balcony overlooking the beach. A second bedroom has two full-size beds with a TV, telephone, and adjoining bath. All of the baths have been redone with new tile, vanities, granite counter tops, sinks and more. This townhouse is in Seagrove Beach, Florida, a part of Walton Dunes Townhomes. It is right on the beach with nothing to block your view of the emerald waters, sugar white sand, and magnificent sunsets. No more hiking to the beach from blocks away or crossing traffic. Walton Dunes is at the end of a road in a private area that does not have traffic congestion and noise. Also enjoy the porpoises, seagulls, sea turtles, and pelicans along the pristine shoreline.
