Ground floor features a spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen plus one queen bedroom with TV and full bathroom to accommodate someone with special needs or to provide extra privacy. The beautiful living room has 42" Flat Screen TV/DVD, and a stereo with CD player. A huge dining room table with seating for eight. Bar with stools for four more. Fully-stocked kitchen with everything you will need.

Second floor includes four bedrooms - Bedroom 1:king Bed, cable 32" Flat Screen TV with private bath. Bedroom 2: queen bed,cable 27" TV with private bath. Bedroom 3 & 4 each have: One twin bunkbed, 20" TV in each and shared bathroom. The laundry room is located on this floor with washer and dryer.

Entire third floor consists of a private master suite with a gorgeous master bath, cable 32" Flat Screen TV and adjoining sitting room, cable 27" TV and daybed with trundle. Parking for four cars.

Available in the house is Baby bed,Highchair,and Port-a-crib(Tenant bring own sheet for babies). Daily set up on beach Four Beach chairs & two umbrellas, property is Wheelchair Accessible and Smoking is NOT ALLOWED.
