Vacation Rental Description
This gorgeous, non-smoking, three-story, 2800 square foot home has six spacious bedrooms and four baths. Five of the bedrooms have king-size beds and one bedroom has two bunkbeds with full mattresses. This home has a private pool. There are clear views of the Gulf of Mexico from the front balconies and the beach access walkway is directly across the street (30A). The alluring white sandy beaches and turquoise water lend to plenty of activities to keep the family entertained. In the evenings, what a treat to unwind with the view of breathtaking sunsets to end your day.
There is also a private, gated pool for Utopian Village guests only. The home is fully-equipped and we're sure you'll be back year after year once you have stayed in this dream vacation retreat! It has recently been completely redecorated inside and you will know you are there when you see the newly painted exterior blue trim! As mentioned, the interior has had hands-on decorating to reflect a very beachy and colorful decor. New bedspreads, pictures, lamps, rugs, couches and colorful balcony wooden chairs complete the relaxation of the ocean sound that's only 200 feet down the private walk to the beach.
To complete the comfort on the second level which is where everyone meets and hang's out, new couches make it very comfortable to relax, watch tv or just listen to cds or watch your favorite dvd. We might add the second floor is where the kitchen is with a large eating table to allow everyone to enjoy hanging out. Your stay is very important to the extent that when you leave to go back to your home, you can also feel that you've enjoyed yourselves so that you will schedule to come back the same time next year.

Conveniently located in the heart of Old Seagrove just 1/2 mile east of Seaside.
There are plenty of great restaurants & local hangouts within walking distance.
With bike rentals just a short distance away(they do deliver) you can park the car.
There is also 17 miles of walking/bike path directly in front of Utopian Village.
Unobstructed Gulf view from the balconies make it the perfect evening setting.
