Sanibel is a wonderful 5 bedroom house with 5 bathrooms located within the small beach neighborhood of Majestica Beach in the heart of Seagrove Beach, FL. Seagrove Beach is one of the outstanding beach communities located along Highway 30-A. Sanibel is located 2 miles East of Seaside.
Sanibel is a 3 story home. The bottom floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath, and a utiity area. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has 2 double beds. The second floor is the "living floor". It has a den, dining area, and kitchen. The dining area includes a table with 8 chairs and a bar with 4 stools. There is also a small queen bedroom and bath on this floor. The third floor is a huge king master suite that also has a sofa sleeper.
There are decks on each floor of the house. The top floor offers ocean views.
The neighborhood, Majestica Beach, has 11 homes with a community pool with pool furniture and is gated for privacy and security.
The beautiful white sand beach is about a 1 minute walk from the house.
Outside the neighborhood gates is the 30-A walking/bike trail.
A Publix grocery store is about 2 miles from the house.
Incredible dining opportunities are located only minutes from Sanibel.

    • If you have never experienced the beach communities of Highway 30-A, give Sanibel @ Seagrove a try! Unique and interesting...wonderful resturants...a great walking/bike path...neat shopping. If you want more of the "hustle & bustle", then Panama City and Destin are only about a 15 minute drive. Our family likes to visit Pier Park in Panama City and Desin Commons in Destin...but we love coming back to the quaintness of Sanibel!
