Vacation Rental Description
If you’re coming to the beach to have fun and relax, then this is the place to start. This spacious home is located on the East side of Eastern Lake, in a quiet residential area of Seagrove Beach (Eastern Lake Estates) and just 3.5 miles from Seaside. Because we’re on the south side of 30A (which is the beach side), there are no busy roads to cross to reach the beach. Unlike many areas in Seagrove Beach that have up to 3 flights of stairs down to the sand from the beach access, our beach access has just 2 steps down to the sand. This easy access comes in handy at the end of a long day at the beach if you have tired little ones or have elderly members in your party. With plenty of room for up to 10 (maximum occupancy is 10, which includes adults, children, toddlers & infants), our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is decorated with bright, colorful furnishings in a tropical “beachy” theme . The private pool will provide hours of fun for young and old. Forget those small prefab “drop-in” pools that are frequently found in vacation homes. You can actually swim laps in our large 16’ x 32’ custom pool (heated Nov 1st - May 1st) or if you don’t want to swim, simply soak up the sun on one of the six padded lounge chairs. When its time to head to the beach, we’ve provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats, toys, coolers and wheeled carts to transport it all. We’ve even supplied a “pack ‘N play” for those families with a baby or toddler. Need to unwind after a long day at the beach? Step into our heated hot tub (comfortably seats 8) and gaze at the stars while the jacuzzi jets sooth your sore muscles. Fix yourself a frozen drink and lounge on the oversized deck that overlooks the pool while you prepare dinner on the outside charcoal grill (maybe that fish you caught earlier in the day). If your favorite team is on TV, you’ll be able to watch them in the living room on the big screen 52” color TV. The kids can entertain themselves in the family room by watching a movie on the 32”color TV (over 50 movies provided, all rated G), play cards or a board game (monopoly, life, chutes & ladders etc provided) on the game table or get lost in one of the many books provided.
On the main level is the Living Room with ceiling fan, big screen TV, DVD, VCR, & stereo, ; the Dining Room, which seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar; a fully equipped Kitchen; the Master Bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, 32” color TV, DVD, VCR, alarm clock, CD player; Master Bath with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and large separate shower. Also located on the main level is a full bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds (20” color TV, DVD, alarm clock, phone and ceiling fan), and a third bedroom with a queen bed (20” color TV, VCR, alarm clock, phone and ceiling fan). On the lower level is the family room with ceiling fan, 32” color TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, 5 disc CD player, game table & queen sleeper sofa. Also on the lower level is a fourth bedroom with queen bed, 20” color TV, alarm clock and phone; a full bath and laundry room with full size washer & dryer.
Just in case you have to stay in touch with the office, we've provided free wireless high speed Internet access on a secure network.
House Summary: 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths - sleeps up to 10.... 1 King Bed... 2 Queen Beds... 2 Twin Beds... 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.... 6 TV’s (1-52”, 2-32”, 1-27”, 3-20”)... 4 DVD’s, 3 VCR’s, 2 Stereo’s, 5 phones... High Speed Internet... 16’ x 32’ Private Pool (heated in spring)... 6 person Jacuzzi Hot Tub... Charcoal Grill... Fully equipped kitchen: Full size Refrigerator/Freezer w/ice maker, electric oven w/flat glass cook top, microwave oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster, electric can opener, dishwasher, crock pot. All pots, pans, dishware, utensils, & linens provided.
Facilities
Our home is "beach ready" with toys and floats for the pool (including baby & toddler size floats), plus beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys & beach bags for the beach. We even provide wheeled beach carts to make it easy getting all the "stuff" to the beach.
Activities
Grab a fishing pole and catch dinner right off the beach, kayak in the Gulf or nearby Eastern Lake, explore the many sights along our 26 mile bike path or simply soak up the sun & enjoy the crystal clear waters that have made this area a favorite vacation spot.
Take a short drive to the new Pier Park entertainment complex on Panama City Beach where you'll find 1 million square feet of shopping and entertainment including the best beach food & music at Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville, Raggae music & Island cousine at Raggae J's Island Grill, live country music all day at Tootsies Orchid Lounge. Shopping at national chain retailers (Dillards, Target, JC Penney, Barnes & Nobel) along with locally owned boutiques and specialty stores. The lifestyle complex also contains a 16-screen movie theater.
Spend a day in Destin at Big Kahuna's Water Park or at Silver Sands Factory Outlet Mall...the country's largest designer outlet center.

This Property Rents WEEKLY ONLY (Sunday-Sunday Only) and is not available 11/1/09-3/7/10. Book now for Spring 2010 and we'll waive the $200 cleaning fee. Compare with other properties...we do not charge an additional fee to heat the pool or spa/hot tub. This is a non-smoking property and pets are not permitted We do not rent to vacationing college students or young adults under the age of 25 (no exceptions). The individual making the reservation must be persent during the entire stay. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 10 (this includes: adults, children, toddlers & infants) To all rates add $200 cleaning fee, 11.5% tax and $500 refundable damage deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex & Personal Checks.
