When you come to this beautiful part of the beach in Seagrove, you are just 250 steps to the gulf and only 1.5 miles to Seaside. Cafe 30A is right next door. A local convenience store is close as well as a Publix grocery store.  
 
This three bedroom, two bath third story condo overlooks one of two pools at the decoratively landscaped Beachwood Villas complex. The unit comfortably sleeps six to eight adults and/or children and has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, range-oven, and dishwasher. In addition to the two pools, the complex offers two wind-protected tennis courts, shuffleboard and a children’s play area.  
 
Situated in Seagrove Beach on scenic highway 30-A directly across from a pedestrian boardwalk accessing the beach, the Beachwood complex offers an ideal base for families or groups of adults to enjoy the Beaches of South Walton on the Florida panhandle. Several outstanding restaurants are within 5-10 minute walking distance.  
 
Bike rentals are available next to the complex, with dedicated bicycle paths permitting safe and easy access to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues in Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach to the west and Rosemary Beach to the east. Two state parks that offer spectacular dune-scaped vistas adjacent to unique beachside fresh water lakes reside within hiking or biking distance of the complex.

    A refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold the reservation. The deposit is retuned within 14 days post rental, Cancellations must be made 60 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit. Cancellations within the acceptable time period will incur an $85 handling fee,   Linens and towels are provided.  We recommend you bring beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house. Pets are accepted conditionally with owner approval and a non-refundable pet fee. The pet (s) must be completely housebroken, on topical or internal flea medication (such as Frontline, Sentinel, Revolution, Program, etc.), and recently bathed, groomed and brushed.   Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. Emergency Services may issue a mandatory evacuation notice if hurricanes or other severe weather conditions occur.  Accommodation refunds will be pro-rated from the time of your departure
