Seacrest Beach is a palm tree-lined neighborhood, located six miles east of Seaside and directly west of Rosemary beach. Our pool is the largest (12,000 square foot) and most talked about swimming pool in the area and is known for it's incredible fountains and waterfalls. Seacrest Beach is a quaint community located on the north side of the Scenic 30-A which has a 30 mile walking, jogging, or bike riding path. This Villa's key assets are: proximity to the beach (about 200 yards away) a five minute stroll or short tram ride to our beautiful private beaches where you will find a bathroom and chair service. Our free tram runs during the summer months. This villa is located directly off the deck of our beautiful pool. Our pool has a special toddler kiddie area. We have provided a pack-n-play and booster chair for toddlers.

Our absolutely unbelievable three bedroom, 2000 square foot accommodations is professionally furnished and decorated as a luxury villa. It has been highly upgraded with GE Stainless Steel appliances, porcelain tiles in common areas and some of the finest furnishings have been chosen for you to enjoy, a vacation you will never forget.

We have three bedrooms, master with king size bed and a master bath with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi, a guest bedroom with a queensize pillow top bed, a full bathroom, and the third bedroom has bunk beds which can sleep 5 people and their own bathroom. The family room is comfortable for the whole family. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. There is plenty of seating on either the couch or lounging chairs. Enjoy your favorite movie or TV channel. Also enjoy our wireless internet. Our beautiful dinning room includes a glass table that comfortably seats six with additional seating available at the built in bar. The kitchen has been fully equipped with GE appliances, pots, pans, baking and serving dishes, flatware, dinnerware, and all of the necessities of home.

Gently take in the morning as you step outside onto the patio and enjoy your coffee and paper overlooking the fountains of our most talked about pool.
