Blue Tide is located on Seacrest Beach on the Florida Panhandle, between Seagrove and Rosemary Beach and only a few miles from the famous Seaside Community.  
 
This Condominium contains 18 units. This one is on the ground floor and has a great view - overlooking the beach. When you step outside it is approximately 40 steps down to the beach.  
 
We also have a 3 and a half, to 6 foot deep pool to relax in, if you choose not to swim in the Gulf. It has recently received a new renovated exterior. Also, if you don't want to get wet, there is shopping, site seeing, FREE concerts in the evening - in several communities during the Summer ... where you bring blankets and wine, and relax while watching the sunset, and much more...  
 
Outside there is a beautiful green area, which is a great place for the kids to play while the adults enjoy the sunset overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. I have seen many dolphins swim along the surf.  
 
Inside has a full Kitchen including a microwave, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There is one king size bed, and one queen pull-out sofa.
