4 Bedroom House in Santa Rosa Beach

Our home is located in the beautiful and lushly landscaped gated community of Calypso Pointe. and just a 3 minutes walk to the beach. This charming house offers wonderful views of the Gulf and Oyster from the 3rd floor loft, which has a pull-out sofa for additional sleeping quarters. Great place for the teens "hang-out" The master suite on the second floor has a screened in porch and wrap around sundeck.with a partial view of the Gulf to the west. 
 
The master bath includes a jacuzzi tub and a large glass shower. Two additional bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor. One with a canopy queen and the other with twins. 
 
There is a large living area with a fireplace., 2 over-sized, comfy sofas and a over-sized chair and ottoman. Great place for everyone to gather and watch the 42 flat screen TV or listen to some music from the Bose sound system. The sunny dining room has seating for 8 or more. There is a gas grill on the wrap around front porch and a picnic table that can seat up to 12. 
 
It is the perfect place for a family picnic party. The beautiful community pool is directly across the street .Great home away from home for your beach vacation! More pictures available upon request.

There are only 35 homes in Calypso Pointe and only a few are offed for vacation rentals. 
 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY 
Security Deposit is due within 3- 5 days of making reservation. Full rental amount taxes, and pet fee if applicable is due 30 days prior to occupancy. 
 
Cancellations must be made 90 days prior to arrival for refund of deposit less the administration fee. If you book within 90 days of your arrival date, you will have two weeks from the time you make the reservation to cancel with a full refund of your deposit less the administration fee. If you cancel after final payment has been made and if we are able to re-rent the property, your rental fees and deposit will be refunded less the administration fee of $25.  
 
REFUND/SEVERE WEATHER POLICY 
Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures. If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur the County Emergency Management Offices of North West Florida in conjunction with the National Weather Service may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Only at that time, will refunds be pro-rated from the time of your departure. If no evacuation notice is issued by either of these government agencies and you choose to leave before the end of your reservation or to cancel because of the potential threatening weather, neither refund nor compensation will be made.
