This beautiful home is located in the Sandestin Resort in the neighborhood of Crystal Lake. This house is directly on the lake with a wonderful view of the gazebo that is perched in the middle of the lake. These homes will remind you of the homes located in Seaside or Key West all being in pastels. You are .25 mile from the beach and .25 from the village of the Baytowne Wharf. There is a variety of activities and something going on every night. There is not a better family resort. 
 
The spacious home has 4 bedrooms, one of which is loft style with twin beds, 2 guest with queen beds and a master with a king. Everything is there for you to just come in and make yourself at home and have a wonderful vacation. There are 2 bikes for your convenience or rent from the resort itself. 
You also have your choice of pools, the neighborhood pool or the pool by the beach.  
 
PLEASE CHECK MY CALENDAR TO MAKE SURE THE WEEK YOU WANT IS AVAILABLE. Due to my rates being so low, I have had an overwhelming response and weeks are being booked quickly. I try to keep the calendar updated so that you will know if your week is available.

    One-half on the rental is due upfront with the security deposit of $300.00 and the other one-half of the rental is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Checks only please. Once home is reserved, a contract will be emailed to you for your review. Cancellation policy in the booking conditions attached to contract.
