Vacation Rental Description

Sunny beaches and bright colored rooms make this house a special place to relax. This house makes you smile! It has great architectural features and fun beach art. There are great views of the ocean from the towers. A wood burning fireplace in the sitting area is just a few steps away from the eating area and a fully equiped kitchen.
A large porch connects the towers and is a great getaway to read that favorite book or to have a drink and look at the ocean. Another porch extends from the kitchen and always serves as a great place to have your morning cup of coffee.
Your own swimming pool is right outside your door. This house is situated in a gated community which adds to your privacy and your sense of contentment. The beach is only about 50 paces away and you don't have to get in a car or cross a street to get to it.
Walking and bike trails start right outside the gate and go for miles and miles. Across the street are restaurants and shopping. Close by are other beaches that are fun to visit. It is near the city of Destin which a booming beach city full of entertainment.
This house has three bedrooms and three baths and a sleeping loft. One of the bedrooms has a cute sleeping nook built into the wall. There is a futon in the sitting area that can sleep 2.
This is the best place to spend your leisure time on the white beaches and the turquoise waters of the Beaches of South Walton in the town of Santa Rosa Beach,FL
