The property is located along beautiful 30-A in Blue Mountain Beach which is between Grayton and Seaside a few minutes to the east and Gulf Place a few minutes to the west. Local activities include bike riding (with bike rental shop only 1/2 block away) along the bike path of 30-A, golf at the Santa Rosa Golf Club a few minutes away, or shopping at nearby Seaside or SanDestin which is only about a 15-20 minute drive.  
 
Also enjoy the numerous fine restaurants in the area or shop at one of the nearby fresh seafood stores and create your own culinary delight. The condo has two bedrooms, two baths and the floor is newly tiled with carpet in the bedrooms. There is a queen bed in each bedroom with a queen fold out sofa in the living room.
