Seacrest Beach subdivision is on Scenic Highway 30A, nestled between RoseMary and Alys Beach. You can walk to the beach or take the complimentary shuttle, which is available during the summer months. Restaurants and shopping are just an easy walk or bike ride away.
The floor plan of this custom crafted home features two master bedroom suites, one on the first floor and other suite is located on the third floor. A third bedroom and bathroom is located on the first floor. Also included on the first and third floors are twin bunk rooms. There is a queen sofa sleeper included that allows this home to comfortably sleep 12 people for your larger size family gathering.
Casa Bonita is professionally decorated by Carol Williamson Design Services of Atlanta. This luxurious home features hardwood floors throughout. All the bathrooms are appointed with granite countertops and custom designed tile showers and tubs with tile shower surrounds.
