Vacation Rental Description
This is a darling getaway for a couple or family. It is only a few steps to one of the 2 pools, tennis courts, playground or shuffleboard area on the property and a very short walk across Scenic Highway 30-A to the beach. The unit is upstairs so you get the peace and quiet AND a fantastic courtyard view. The full kitchen allows you to stay in and cook, but if you prefer to go out, there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance. 
 
For your convenience, we provide beach chairs, boogie boards, skim boards and a beach umbrella to use during your stay. Just bring your swimsuits and you're good to go! For the times you just want to relax inside, we have 2 TV's, movies, and board games to pass the time.

    A deposit of half the total rent is required to reserve the property. The balance of the rent plus 7% sales tax and any cleaning fees must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the first day of your reservation. I accept Visa, MC, American Express, Discover and certified checks. A security deposit is required with each reservation. It will be refunded in full after a satisfactory check out inspection. If is necessary to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the planned arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days from your arrival date, your deposit cannot be refunded unless I am able to rent the property for that period of time. In this case, I will refund your deposit minus a $100 cancellation fee.
